Medicare rebate eligibility – You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate if you hold a valid Medicare card and meet current Medicare eligibility requirements. Your clinician will assess your eligibility during your consultation in accordance with Medicare criteria.

Simple upfront payment – Your consultation fee is charged at the time of booking or consultation.

Medicare claims are processed for you – We submit your Medicare claim on your behalf. There is nothing you need to do.

Medicare rebate – If eligible, Medicare will deposit the rebate directly into your nominated bank account, usually within 1–2 business days.

If you're not eligible for Medicare – The fee charged is the final amount. There are no rebates and no unexpected costs.
